The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Lead Broker/CEO. This individual works alongside creative agencies and individual contractors to build brand equity and position the brand as the dominant leader in the real estate market.

Scope of Work/Responsibilities will include:

  • Conceptualizing and implementing strategies that will create/enhance brand awareness and loyalty
  • Developing and implementing marketing plans
  • Developing proposals for external bids or coordinating and monitoring the outsourcing of this activity
  • Working closely with creative agencies and individual contractors to execute the objectives of key marketing strategies
  • Working to support and enhance the Company’s creative process with an analytical and data-driven approach to marketing
  • Coordinating all creative and marketing activities
  • Coordinating and executing Company events
  • Managing the offline and digital presence of the brand
  • Budgeting cost-effective and strategic PR and marketing initiatives to maintain maximum profit margin and measuring the success of each campaign
  • Monitoring and keeping up to date all current advertising and promotional activities using the Company’s proprietary tools (CRM Database, promotional material, website, social media, outdoor advertising, etc.)
  • Initiating and influencing culture change and best practices within the Company
  • Assisting with the creation and sourcing of content for the Company’s offline and digital presence including checking copy, sourcing images, fact-checking, etc.
  • Scheduling research and market intelligence activities
  • Developing a system to track marketing campaigns, online activities, and competitor activities in order to keep abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by industry/international market leaders.
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage the brand with other partners
  • Coordinating Corporate Social Responsibility campaigns/opportunities that align with the character of the brand
  • Preparing monthly/quarterly reports for review by the Managing Director/Broker regarding advertising performance
  • Reviewing sales team performance across the island
  • Any other related duties as required

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A First Degree in Marketing, Sales, PR or Business Management
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in marketing and brand management, including public relations, growth strategies, social media management, and business planning
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in budgeting and planning
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate industry is a bonus
  • A reliable motor vehicle is favorable

The Digital Media Coordinator will work alongside the Marketing Team to monitor, develop, and organize content for the Company’s various social channels. The Digital Media Coordinator is also charged with streamlining the Company’s online presence and monetizing any/all social channels using traditional and innovative strategies. The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, and multimedia savvy.

The Digital Media Coordinator will primarily focus on:

  • Supporting all marketing initiatives
  • Implementing & executing all social media and digital marketing strategies
  • Monitoring and managing multiple social media channels (ie; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, etc)
  • Performing audits across the Company’s social media channels, email database, website, and overall digital presence – this also includes the profiles of individual members of the sales team
  • Implementing any and all digital communications and campaigns including managing the development, design, approval, production, and distribution of digital material
  • Creating monetization strategies and revenue opportunities from our digital assets
  • Researching and monitoring market trends and competitors in the digital space
  • Liaising with all agencies for deliverables and helping to develop creative and innovative content for all platforms, including Social Media, videos, email lists, etc.
  • Developing and sourcing content for all digital platforms (Social media, website, etc.)
  • Measuring the success of campaigns and introducing new initiatives and ideas to drive traffic to the Company’s digital platforms
  • Developing budgets and driving monetization efforts of all the company’s digital assets, wherever possible
  • Any other related/similar duties as required

In order to perform these duties to the highest level the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
  • Active presence on social media, with at least 5+ years in the digital space
  • Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of trends and online marketing strategies on a global and local scale
  • Highly organized
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Project management experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of web analytics and SEO
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills
  • Experience in real estate, photography, video creation, drone operation is a plus
  • A reliable motor vehicle is an asset
