Nicola Delapenha is the luxury home specialist for Montego Bay and the North Coast. She started her career in sales as co-owner of one of the most popular boutiques in Kingston, and after 16 years she made a natural progression to real estate when she moved with her family to Montego Bay.

 On joining the team in 2002, Nicola immediately became a top producer. She has consistently received international awards and recognition, including the prestigious President’s Circle and Elite awards for her gross sales. She has been interviewed by US publications such as USA Today regarding the market trends in Jamaica. 

She frequently lists and sells luxury cottages and villas at the Tryall Club and Round Hill. Her listings have been included in several international publications, such as Unique Homes, Homes and Estates, and Country Living Magazine. Nicola is passionate about giving a high level of customer service and professionalism. She is an agent who is committed to helping buyers find the vacation home that best suits them and their lifestyle.
